THE BEANS ARE GROWN ON THE SIDES OF THE MOUNTAINS AT ELEVATIONS BETWEEN 2,000 AND 5,000 FEET. THE ANCIENT AND FRAGILE NATURE OF THE BLUE MOUNTAIN DICTATES THE AMOUNT OF COFFEE THAT CAN BE FARMED WHICH MEANS THAT SUPPLY IS LIMITED BUT, DEMAND REMAINS HIGH.

The first blend we have launched is Jamaican Red Cap; created from 33% authentic Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee beans grown in the lush tropical Bangor Ridge and civity cottage area of Portland Jamaica. It is a unique blend of Blue Mountain fused with a traditional arabica bean locally grown in Saint Ann. This is a noticeably superior tasting coffee that imparts an exotic aroma, rich flavours and a smooth body, and guarantees a delightful experience for the more discerning coffee drinker.
